  • 1. What is the weight limit?
    Our chairs are tested to support up to 110kg according to BS EN 12520:2010 standards. For safety, we recommend a maximum weight of 100kg.

    2. What materials are used in the chair?
    All our chairs are crafted from solid rubberwood, a sustainable and eco-friendly timber sourced as a by-product of the latex industry.

    3. How long does it take to assemble the chair?
    Assembly typically takes 30 minutes to an hour. Rocking chairs, with fewer parts, are quicker to assemble than glider chairs. Each product includes an easy-to-follow instruction manual.

    4. How do I clean the cushions?

    • Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining.
    • Use a damp cloth with water and/or mild soap, or a professional cleaning product, testing on a small hidden area first.
    • Allow upholstery to dry and gently brush if needed.
    • Cushions should be dry cleaned only—do not machine wash.
    • If the cushions appear misshapen after unpacking, allow a few days for the padding to settle into its proper shape.
