Shipping policy
We provide fast and free standard delivery on orders over £50 to all UK mainland addresses. A standard delivery charge of £5.95 will be applied to orders under £50.
The standard deliveries are fulfilled by the courier ParcelForce and DX Express
Standard delivery items and Express delivery items cannot be combined in the same order.
*Mainland refers to the political boundaries of Great Britain and does not include offshore islands as these incur an extra charge and violate our return policy. Northern Ireland, Highlands & Remote Islands, and Guernsey deliveries are subject to additional costs. Please contact customercare@kubproducts.com for costs and details.
We provide delivery to Northern Ireland with additional cost of £15 depending on the product size and weight.
Standard delivery
Standard delivery service will ensure that your goods arrive at your delivery address by courier within 5-7 working days of placing the order, unless otherwise stated on the product page. In the majority of cases, the delivery will be made before 18:00 on the day of delivery with exceptions of busy periods such as Christmas season. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time, alternatively they may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you.
Christmas Warehouse Opening Hours
Our warehouse will be closed from 24 December 2025 and will reopen on 2 January 2026. Orders placed after 23 December 2025 will not be dispatched until we reopen on 2 January 2026 and will be delivered within our standard delivery timeframe of 5–7 working days from 2 January 2026. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking information email. Please follow your tracking reference online via Parcelforce or DX once received.
During the Christmas period, our customer service team will be operating on limited staff hours. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours; however, please note that the warehouse will be fully closed during this time, and any requests requiring warehouse action will not be processed or dispatched until after 2 January 2026. Courier services may also experience higher volumes following the Christmas period, and slight delivery delays may occur.
Express 48 hour UK mainland delivery
Express up to 3 full business working days delivery option is available to selected items to UK Mainland addresses at £9.99 per order. Express up to 3 full business working days delivery timeframe does not include weekends and bank holidays. If an order is placed after 9am the 1st full business day will be the next working day.
Furniture delivery service
Bigger items are delivered by a specialist logistics company or pallet service where available. To help you manage your delivery, please ensure you provide a mobile number when placing your order.
