Refund policy
We understand that sometimes you change your mind, and that’s okay! If you’d like to return or exchange an unboxed/unassembled product you purchased from our website, we’re happy to help. Here’s how it works:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it meets the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unassembled, and still in its original packaging, exactly as it was received.

Once a product has been unboxed and the parts removed from their protective packaging, it is no longer eligible for return, as it cannot be safely or securely re-packaged for transit.

Please ensure you include your order number and proof of purchase with your return.

Please note that once a nursing chair has been unboxed and the parts removed from their original packaging, it is no longer considered in a returnable condition. This is because the components are packed in a very specific way to ensure safe transport, and once opened, most customers are unable to repackage the parts securely and correctly. This often leads to damage in transit and makes it unsuitable for resale.
For this reason, as stated in our return policy, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been unboxed but not yet assembled, unless the product is faulty and you have provided clear evidence of the damage.
We always aim to be as fair and accommodating as possible, which is why we encourage customers to check all parts carefully and send us clear photos of any issues before assembly begins. This allows us to help quickly with replacement parts, which is usually a far easier and faster solution than returning a full item.

A Few Important Notes
- Assembled products unfortunately, cannot be returned even within the 14-day return period, so please be sure you are happy to accept the product before you choose to assemble the parts.
- Mattresses - If the plastic covers have been opened we are unable to accept these as a returning product due to contamination reasons. Please check the mattress through the packaging before opening.
- If items are returned with assembly marks, damage, or improper packaging, we may have to reduce your refund to cover the necessary fees.
- For partial returns, a small admin fee of £3 per item will apply.
How to Return
Step 1:
If you’ve decided to return an item, just email us at customercare@kubproducts.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for your return
Step 2:
You can choose how to send the product back:
- Option A: Post it back to us at your own expense (we’ll provide the return address).
- Option B: We can arrange a collection for £20 (this will be deducted from your refund), or £15 for unopened mattresses.
Step 3:
Once we’ve received and checked the item, your refund will be processed!
Gift Card Returns
Unused gift cards can be cancelled and refunded within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payer’s payment method.
