Do your products meet UK safety standards?
Our chairs meet strict British safety regulations. They comply with: BS 5852 for fire retardancy and BS EN 12520:2010, which covers safety requirements for domestic seating.
Our mattresses meet the following British safety standards: BS7177:2008+A1:2011 – Fire resistance requirements for mattresses, ensuring safety in domestic environments and BS EN 16890:2017+A1:2021 – European safety standards specifically for children’s mattresses, covering durability, performance, and chemical safety.
Our tuff trays are fully tested to EN71 and REACH UK safety standards.
How do I clean my cot?
Your furniture may be cleaned by wiping down with a damp cloth and dried with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use abrasives, bleach, alcohol or ammonia based household polishes.
Take care when handling or moving. Careless handling can damage wooden furniture.
Wood is a natural material, the colour will darken with age.
Please remove all part stickers once assembled.
How do I clean my nursing chair?
Wipe away spills immediately to avoid staining. Use a damp cloth with water or mild soap to clean. Always test a hidden area first. Cushions should be dry cleaned only, and not machine-washed. If cushions appear misshapen after unpacking, let them settle for a few days.
How do I clean the mattress?
Removable mattress covers are machine washable up to 40°C.
If the core of the mattress is soiled, wipe away spills immediately to prevent staining.
Use a cloth dampened with water and/or mild soap or a professional product to clean the fabric. Always test an inconspicuous area first.
What's the weight limit of your nursing chairs?
The chairs are tested to support up to 110kg according to BS EN 12520:2010. For safety, we recommend a maximum weight of 100kg.
Are your chairs easy to assemble?
Yes, on average, assembly takes 30 minutes to an hour. Rocking chairs require less time to assemble compared to glider chairs, as they have fewer parts. Each product comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual.
Can I use standard-sized sheets on your mattresses?
Yes, all of our mattresses are compatible with standard-sized sheets.
Shipping & Tracking
When can I expect delivery?
All of our glider nursing chairs are stocked and will be dispatched the next working day, with delivery within 5 days.
Note: If you are purchasing a bundle, the products may arrive at different times.
Can you give me info on your delivery?
How can I track my orders?
For standard delivery, once we've dispatched your order, we will send you an email with the consignment number. You will be able to use the consignment number to track the orders on ParcelForce.
I won't be available on the delivery date, what should I do?
You can rebook delivery with the couriers.

I missed the delivery, what should I do?

1. You can rebook delivery with the courier company.
2. You can contact the courier company and request the product to be left with your neighbour or in a safe place (like your rear garden).
3. You can contact your local depot and arrange to collect the product from them.
Cancellations & Returns
Whats your returns and refund policy?
I received my order but a part of it is missing/damaged.
We are sorry if this happened, please email below to us at customercare@kubproducts.com and we will get back to you with a solution within 2-3 working days. Valid proof of purchase; and Pictures of the part; and Batch no. on the product box or cushion labels (for the nursing chairs).
I've placed an order but want to cancel.
Please email sales@kubproducts.com to cancel your order, if your order has already been disptached please reject it when it is delivered and we'll be able to refund you.
