DELIVERY
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?

For standard delivery, once we've dispatched your order, we will send you an email with the consignment number. You will be able to use the consignment number to track the orders on ParcelForce.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE PRODUCTS?

The Haywood and Chatsworth reclining glider chair and footstool are on display in some of the John Lewis stores. Please check with individual stores to avoid disappointment.

I WON'T BE AVAILABLE ON THE DELIVERY DATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can rebook delivery with the couriers.

I MISSED THE DELIVERY DRIVER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

1. You can rebook delivery with the courier company.

2. You can contact the courier company and request the product to be left with your neighbour or in a safe place (like your rear garden).

3. You can contact your local  depot and arrange to collect the product from them.

I RECEIVED THE ORDER, BUT A PART IS MISSING/ DAMAGED?

We are sorry if this happened, please email below to us at customercare@kubproducts.com and we will get back to you with a solution within 2-3 working days. Valid proof of purchase; and Pictures of the part; and Batch no. on the product box or cushion labels (for the nursing chairs).

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Kub products (excluding Kids Toys, Mattresses and Outdoor Furniture Range) purchased on kubdirect.co.uk website are subject to three year warranty. Please keep your order confirmation email safe.

Mattresses and Clearance products are covered with one year warranty.

Graded items are covered with 90 day warranty.

MY TRANSACTION KEEPS FAILING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please ensure all the address and card details are entered correctly. The post code provided has to match the information on file with your credit card bank to pass the security check. All failed transaction will be voided by our payment gateway platform. No money will be taken from you for the failed transaction.

DO YOU OFFER NHS DISCOUNT?

Yes we do! Please email us from your NHS email to customercare@kubproducts.com. We will reply with your unique discount code.

RETURN AND REFUND
DO YOU OFFER ASSEMBLY SERVICE?

All Kub furniture requires partial assembly. We don't offer assembly service but the instruction manual will guide you and ensure you have the furniture built correctly. You can always contact us if you have any problem putting your product together.

WHY HAVE YOU NOT REPLIED TO MY QUERY

We aim to reply to your query within 2 working days. When we're receiving a huge amount of emails (like over the weekends and bank holidays), it takes us longer to do so.
