      Our chairs are tested to support up to 110kg in compliance with BS EN 12520:2010. For safety, we recommend a maximum user weight of 100kg.
      What materials are used in the chair?
      All of our chairs are crafted from solid rubberwood, a durable and sustainable timber that is a by-product of the latex industry.
      How long does it take to assemble the chair?
      Assembly typically takes between 30 minutes and an hour. Rocking chairs require less time than glider chairs as they have fewer parts. Each chair includes an easy-to-follow instruction manual.
      How should I clean the cushions?
      Wipe spills immediately to prevent stains. Clean fabric using a damp cloth with water and mild soap, or a professional cleaner. Test on a hidden area first. Allow upholstery to air dry, then brush lightly. Cushions are dry-clean only—do not machine wash. If cushions appear misshapen after unpacking, allow a few days for the padding to settle back into shape.
      What type of fabric is used for the cushions?
