What is the weight limit?
The Haywood chairs are tested to support up to 110kg in accordance with BS EN 12520:2010 standards. For safety, we recommend a maximum weight of 100kg.
What is the chair made of?
The Haywood chairs are crafted from premium solid rubberwood, a sustainable timber sourced as a by-product of the latex industry, providing both strength and eco-friendliness.
How long does it take to assemble the chair?
Assembly usually takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Rocking chairs, which have fewer parts, require less time to assemble than glider chairs. Each chair comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual.
How do I clean the cushions?
- Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining.
- Use a damp cloth with mild soap or a professional fabric cleaner, testing on a hidden area first.
- Allow upholstery to dry and gently brush.
- Cushions must be dry cleaned only—do not machine wash. If the cushions are slightly misshapen after unpacking, allow a few days for the padding to settle back into shape.
What is the fabric?
